Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at inov8rlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Inov8r Labs Inc. ("Inov8r Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Each product in our portfolio (such as Homeboard, BuyForBaby, TripWiz, and FitCircle) has its own terms of service that govern your use of that product. These Terms apply only to this corporate Site.
01Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Inov8r Labs and our portfolio. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Site beyond what is permitted by law or by reasonable robots.txt directives;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
02Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, icons, code, layouts, and design, and all selection, arrangement, and compilation thereof, is the property of Inov8r Labs Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Inov8r Labs," "Homeboard," "BuyForBaby," "TripWiz," "FitCircle," and the studio's logos are trademarks of Inov8r Labs Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for fair, descriptive use that does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Nothing on the Site grants you any license to any of our intellectual property except the limited right to view the Site as set out in these Terms.
03Forward-looking statements
The Site may describe products that are in development, in private beta, or otherwise not yet generally available. Statements about future products, features, timelines, or plans are aspirational and subject to change. They are not commitments and should not be relied on for any business or investment decision.
04Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, our product domains, our LinkedIn profiles, or social media platforms). We do not control these third-party properties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
05No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inov8r Labs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Inov8r Labs Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
07Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inov8r Labs Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
08Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inov8r Labs Inc. regarding the Site.
